Seminar Request Form

This form is for use by ADF elements to request a Unit or Course Financial Education seminar for a minimum of 40 participants. Please ensure you provide at least 6 weeks’ notice.

Financial education for Induction Training, Force Preparation and Transition Seminars are not requested using this form. Representatives from ADF Initial Training Schools, Force Preparation centres and ADF Transition Centres should contact the Council by email to ADF.ConsumerCouncil@defence.gov.au with any queries.
