Captain Frank Lilley BA LLB (Hons)

Frank is a part time staff member of the ADF Financial Services Consumer Council.  His roles include the development and delivery of ADF financial education and consumer protection programs and providing assistance with other Council projects.

Frank is a former Australian Regular Army member.  He currently works at Consumer Affairs Victoria and has previously been a staff member at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and a lawyer in private practice.
